I'm doing singles on squats tonight and trying for 5 x 1 with 170 which is my comp PB. The hamstrings have healed almost fully and I'm able to deadlift with some decent weight again, next singles session is 5 x 1 at 205 which is only 5 kg off my comp PB. | ||

I've got definite plans to stay 'on routine' for 6 months, no single pb attempts, no comps etc, although Malc has put the idea of a comp in Feb into my head. | ||
