Cheers guys - i hadnt planned on doing heavy singles when i started but changed from the triples when my back started giving me s**t.

Im confident 230 will go in the next couple of weeks - just need this progression to continue over the winter so i dont make an ass of myself next year.

Cheers mate.

Decided to swap my training nights round this week. I normally squat on thursday and press on a friday but that only leaves me 1 day rest before im doing log on a sunday.
So this week im going to try pressing on thursday and squatting friday to see if that makes a difference to sundays session.

15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Decline Crunches
15 Pressups

Did 5 sets with 30 second rest between each set

Kettlebell Snatches - 10 Each Side
20 Snatches
30 Second Rest
20 Snatches
30 Second Rest
20 Snatches


Breathing out of my arse hole and my f**king ear holes after these - im sure i caught a glimmer of chizled abs when i had finished.

Bit of a s**te session tonight - only had 30 minutes to train because i had a phone call to say my farmers walk were ready to collect.

Push Press
5x60kg
5x80kg
1x100kg
1x105kg
1x110kg
Fx120kg
Fx120kg
Fx120kg

These all felt f**king heavy tonight - i was getting closer to locking out with each attempt at 120kg.

Strict Press
5x60kg
5x70kg
5x70kg
5x70kg
5x75kg

Felt strong enough on these but my shoulders were aching too much and i ran out of time so left it there.

Think im going to back off slightly for the next few weeks as ive been maxing out every session for the last 4-5 weeks and its starting to take its toll.

Yeah i suppose i should be glad that im still managing to put 110kg up even on a bad day.
