So this week im going to try pressing on thursday and squatting friday to see if that makes a difference to sundays session. | ||

Push Press 5x60kg 5x80kg 1x100kg 1x105kg 1x110kg Fx120kg Fx120kg Fx120kg These all felt f**king heavy tonight - i was getting closer to locking out with each attempt at 120kg. Strict Press 5x60kg 5x70kg 5x70kg 5x70kg 5x75kg Felt strong enough on these but my shoulders were aching too much and i ran out of time so left it there. Think im going to back off slightly for the next few weeks as ive been maxing out every session for the last 4-5 weeks and its starting to take its toll. | ||
