Consider only trained for strongman for 5 months and no powerlifting back ground I'm happy. Alot more to come I promise. | ||

That would of been some good comedy .. I remember him saying that farmers walk is all technique just as i was about to go and do them - Maybe thats where i`ve been going wrong  Thanks for any of the kind comments made about me guys . it makes you feel good when you know people are behind you and the words of praise mean ALOT to me .. because i know how hard i`ve worked to turn s**t into silver and hopefully it will one day be turned into gold | ||
