Maybe just a light week in between instead of no deads altogether. Form work upto 140 maybe. 175 sounds quite loud when you drop it, and that's what its all about really. I love the Sugden Slam. | ||

I wasn't even dropping it. She was some kind of trainer, teaching this guy to do horrible clean and jerks. | ||

That's one of the reasons why I've actually started adding the v to symbolise the volume PBs - so the proper PBs look more important, as they should. I don't attach an awful lot of significance to some of them (e.g. like Rick worrying his work out is s**t without his preacher curl 12 rep PB) but at the end of the day, a PB is a PB is a PB! | ||

A PB is a weight you haven't lifted before. If I did 5 singles with 137.5 on bench I wouldn't call it a PB. | ||
