chat to bob, important part of warm up and start with bar working up in reps of 5 to working sets.
1x5 157.5kg
1x3 180kg
1x6 200kg could have got few more but quit too soon
assistance work squats 5x10 with 140kg felt good

You had 2/3 more on your 200 mate you have to live with the shame again

but your 5x10 on 140 was to easy deep & strong

3x10 120kg got easier as they went on. first week of different assistance work, so sorting it out
and belive it or not abs! some sets of weighted pulldowns.

blue band 3 and 4 board presses with 120kg and 140kg didnt get into these
close grip bench

havent done these for ages and it shows.I am going to bring extra session in for standing press as i miss doing them and think they have helped my bench and to be honest i like it more than the bench press and you got to enjoy it

seated machine curls dont know weight

enjoyed the change of volume although it does require rammstien cranked up to get through all the deadlifting. now need to find the tunes for bench and squatHappy
