Member 663, 312 posts SQ 252.5, BP 185, DL 265702.5 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | 12/3/10 week 1 deadlift warm up 1x3 160kg 1x5 170kg 1x5 200kg 1x7 220kg should have been more started well but ground to halt off 6" blocks 1x1 245kg and then tried some heavier weights which maybe if generous twitched slightly, but definetly took slack out of bar which is important and often overlooked, but did nothing else barbell rows 1x8 60kg 3x8 100kg and thats it. | ||

Could stop at any moment 2 board press 1x3 160kg 1x3 170kg The extra reps are killing the recovery floor press 1x5 100kg 3x5 140kg Went a bit lighter. Wanted few reps. | ||
