1x7 220kg should have been more started well but ground to halt
off 6" blocks
1x1 245kg
and then tried some heavier weights which maybe if generous twitched slightly, but definetly took slack out of bar which is important and often overlooked, but did nothing elseUnhappy
barbell rows

3x8 100kg
and thats it.

the 75 kg dumbbells will be ready next week so i am told also there is a 100kg stone yes STONE on its way to the gym aswell Grin Grin Grin

1x3 100kg felt twice as heavy as it normally does
1x2 110kg rubbish, all over the place
The standing press part of the 531 is not quite right.I feel that it tests my shoulder strengh rather than build it, i think i need more pressing exercises to push this forward.
close grip bench

1x5 120kg
3x5 140kg not bad, training on my own so no heavier than this
