Paused bench press on pins a few inches off chest feet up:

Urgh this set up is rubbish compared to the old gym. V narrow bench that you need to get positioned on just right or you will roll off!

Incline bench press:

85 kg x 12
85 kg x 12
85 kg x 12

3 mins rest, all easy apart from last couple reps on the final set

DB lat raise seated:

12 kg x 18/18/18

facepulls:

23 x 20/20/20

Urgh, again finding it hard to transition between gyms. This bar is no good and the collars can't hold the plates in place

Much better than last week thanks to a better bar and bringing my own collars

Deadlift:

215 x 3 loosened belt one notch felt better

Horrid set up for dead’s, uneven floor and plates that move each rep

Bit late with this, but well done on the 130kg push press PB! I wanted to achieve 140kg, but never quite got there. Maybe you can... Happy

Thanks! I think 140 is definitely there if I train it consistently… the 130 didn’t get much leg drive !


Squat:

175 x 6/6/6/6

This was too soon after lunch and felt v bloated and uncomfortable

Deadlift:

205 x 6,6

Moved quickly

Hyper extension:

20 kg x 12/12/12
