V narrow bench that you need to get positioned on just right or you will roll off! Incline bench press: 85 kg x 12 85 kg x 12 85 kg x 12 3 mins rest, all easy apart from last couple reps on the final set DB lat raise seated: 12 kg x 18/18/18 facepulls: 23 x 20/20/20 | ||

I think 140 is definitely there if I train it consistently… the 130 didn’t get much leg drive ! Squat: 175 x 6/6/6/6 This was too soon after lunch and felt v bloated and uncomfortable Deadlift: 205 x 6,6 Moved quickly Hyper extension: 20 kg x 12/12/12 | ||
