Not suffering quite as much as I expected from the 2nd set of deads yesterday though i did have to bail wide grips chins due to some properly sore bis. | ||

If they ease as the day goes on I'll perhaps throw something a bit heavier in to tonight's recovery session. PM Echo bike, 15 cals in 50s. Fat gripz BW hangs, 5s, 5s, 17s. Feeling good! | ||

Narrow grip snatch 40 x 5 emom x 3. Hang upright rows 60 x 5 emom x 3. 2" Deficit deadlifts 140, 200 x 2 eomom x 3. Banded hamstring curls, 10, 10. Frame hold Fat gripz extreme, 120 x 15s emom x 3, Fat gripz, 120 x 30s. This was substantially more hamstring heavy than I'd originally intended. | ||

Yoke, 90s rest Belt, 200 x 20m, 240 x 20m, 280 x 20m, 320 x 20m. Stones 110, 110 - 160 in 33s. Fun session. Surprised how easy the log and stones were. Yoke was horrific though. Left foot was in agony and the leg didn't want to function as a result. Made for some very ponderous "runs". | ||

Stones over 61" 130 x 1, 1, 1, 3 - PB? Close on a 3hr session today for the first time in a lot of years. Mostly just because i was lazy between events and setting things up takes a while on your own. Deadlift felt a bit sluggish but otherwise things were pretty solid. | ||

Scapula pull ups/DB side laterals 5/12.5 x 8 - 3 supersets. Cambered bar strict press 65 x 8 eomom x 3. Hang power upright rows 60 x 3, 3, 3. Incline DB press 25 x 25. Unilateral seated DB press 25 x 1 - f**k that. Banded triceps pushdown, 34. Good session, shoulder pump was too real. | ||

Feeling much more myself this morning. Everything moving reasonably well. I'm not allowed to do sack toss on the morning (too loud apparently) so had to settle for some swings.
