Close on a 3hr session today for the first time in a lot of years.
Mostly just because i was lazy between events and setting things up takes a while on your own.
Deadlift felt a bit sluggish but otherwise things were pretty solid.

Strict pressing seems a better fit after years of failing to find an efficient push press on log.

I've not actually watched the qualifier yet, i should probably get around to it.
