Possibly a PB on front squats since moving away from the oly grip. | ||

Prone press/Lu raises/Hatfield raises 2.5 x 8/8/8 - 2 rounds. Life now affords me the opportunity to get 2 or 3 30 minute recovery sessions in whilst my wife is training. Should at least keep me honest with my biking and mobility work. | ||

Really enjoyed the session, starting to get my mojo back after struggling with going through the motions for a while. Also, how the f**k guys manage sets of 10 FTOH is baffling to me! | ||

I'll have to see how warm ups feel tomorrow before deciding if i do that or just stick with 400. | ||

The 900 was too tempting so i gave it a shot. Got it above my knees but couldn't quite get it high enough to hitch. Fairly happy considering I've spent the last 6 months on an axle. Farmers was just a case of doing enough to ensure my qualification. That's done now so proper prep starts on Sunday. | ||

Thumbless fat gripz extreme frame carry 100 x 48m, Hold, 140 x 5s/5s thumbs around. Deadlift 180, 260, Suit, 300, Belt, 330 x 6 - PB, camera didn't record, 6. Very sedate session right up until i decided to repeat the top set of deads because the camera missed the first one. Made some attachments for the farmers so i can train frame at home so gave them a quick test drive. Seem reasonable enough, no plans to go heavy so they should hold up. Also got my hands on a new throwing bag for a little product testing so i can do multiple bags now. I'll up it to around 18 at some point in the week. | ||
