I have limited time and a number of different training partners who I program for so the routine is influenced pretty heavily by that. im training a 17 year old lad whos obsessed with strongman atm. he is hellbent on doing everything, all the time and heavy which is just about the polar opposite of where im at. I think we are a good balance for each other! lol. | ||

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | 2 meals a day - bfast and dinner. toasted mackerel sandwich for bfast. weekdays low cal dinner usually chicken/chips/salad, scrambled eggs on toast or baked cod/chips/broccoli. lots of veg and fruit between meals. weekends eat with the fam so normal stuff. usually lose weight through the week then put it back on over the weekend. if I want to drop some I just try to limit weekend cals so that I put on less than I dropped in the week. works pretty well. | ||
