I only ask because for years I've tried to stay around 80kg and I think it's had a negative effectfect on my strength gains. my priorities have changed now. feeling healthier is now ranking above sporting performance. however, I do think that as I have dropped weight through the years I have become a better athlete lb 4 lb. my deadlift is about as good at 75 as it was at 105 for example! I know for sure a 125+ log is there with another 10kg on me but I have set myself the challenge of 120 @ u75. also want to match or surpass my best pull [240] at u75. ill still compete but winning isnt the be all and end all anymore. | ||

'dinners' are probably what you would call a large portion so maybe seems like less than it actually is. forgot to say that I have a couple of brownies after training which prob have a pretty high cal count. and that, except for the apres training brownies, I eat dinner at 2-3 and then dont eat again till breakfast at 6.30am. so a type of intermittent fasting I guess? but my food intake is much higher at the weekend. we usually have a big meal over the weekend like a roast with all the trimmings or cooked breakfast or something like that. | ||
