i worked yesterday and it was awful and went back today and thats what made me realise i need to get it checked out.

emma is pleased her bandage is better but i am mega gutted as i have had too much time off work , and will lose my fitness , there is a chance my wrist isnt as bad as last time.

wrist has a non displacment fracture - same place as befor , going in on wed to have a proper cast put on it , nothing can be done for my rib , which is giving me far more grief.

not sure what I will be doing with myself from now on , when i took archie out for a walk yesterday i half jogged (10km)

Bugger. I'm sorry to hear that Johnny. It's no fun being laid up with an injury, least of all when there isn't a great deal else to do.

I have little idea what that means, I have never broken a bone (well none of my own )
Wink

My neighbour has the worlds stupidest dog called ARCHIE it barks continually (when outside)then she shouts at it ARCHIE ARCHIE ARCHIE the worlds stupidest dog just barks louder. Her shouting is more annoying than the barking.

can you grip the handle?

our Archie is a lovely little dog .... that archie sounds like a bell end !

its a crack in the bone .... it just needs time to heal , hurts like hell is you attempt to use it for anything , I recall last time i had this injury rowing hurt but i will be giving it a try tomorrow.

the HYROX comp has been put back until october, so i wont lose my money on that.

Emma has just spilt a class of coke on her bandage, so spent 20 minutes trying to salvage it with a hair dryer.

I wonder if you could make a harness (like for belt squats) and just train legs? On the rower? Of course you could.

Weightlifting belt with 2 loops to fit the handle into, I am getting excited!

I know it would not cure the rib but might be fun
