Hunker down until the storm is past. Looks like you are training with thought. This time don’t let off the throttle because just because why ask why. Today, I start up my system again. I finally feel like a normal citizen-10%. I ran past the end and bounced off a fence. Not bad having a week off. I am growing in arm size and stretching?

This is what we gotta do train! No matter what. Why stop now. It’s gets harder to restart. I pulled ou the Basso Road racing bicycle yesterday. Time to ride off into the sun and micro inspect my surroundings!

Banded Machine Press: 20kg per side + Doubled Minis x 12 x 3 sets

DB Crush Press: 22.5kg DBs x 15 x 3 sets

Iso Plate Loaded Row: 60kg a side x 6 x 3 sets

Supinated Grip Lat Pulldown: 80kg x 8 x 3 sets

CSR: 35kg x 18 x 3 sets

Lying Leg Curls x 55kg x 10 x 3 sets

Dynamic warm-up

SSB Squats w/50kg of chain:

Bar x 3 x 3 sets - Felt awful
40kg x 2 x 2 sets - terrible
60kg x 2 x 2 sets - like I was being crushed
80kg x 2 - Gravity was exponential at this point
100kg x 2 - Called it there.

Leg Press - 120kg x 10 x 3 sets

Incline DB Press - 25kg x 10 x 3 sets

Machine Neutral Grip Incline Press - 70kg x 8 x 3 sets

KB Rows - 32kg x 12 x 3 sets per arm

Back Extensions - 15 x 3 sets

Partial ROM Cable Flyes - 10kg x 16 x 3 sets

Leg Extensions - 110kg x 8 x 3 sets

Seated Leg Curls - 70kg x 10 x 3 sets

Had some grief with the ex.

Went to the gym. Screamed out my demons.

It was 32 Celsius and no aircon in the gym.

Went on the treadmill.

Ran for 25 minutes.

5@5mph
5@6mph
5@7mph
5@8mph
5@9mph

Couldn't make it to 5@10 as it was just to hot.

Throw some axles overhead Heavy For hours nothing else. Good for sleep! Found this different tune and thought of clubbing in a place that I have no clue what they are saying! Funny well actually not funny that our kids may not see large crowd events.... sad isn’t it?

I basically did this - and I very much enjoyed it.

Warm Up:

Sled Push/Pull - 10 laps with 25kg
Leg Curls - 40kg x 20

Leg Extensions:
Started with a plate - did 6 reps.
Kept adding a plate until 70kg for 6 reps.
Then did a cluster set of 105kg for 25 reps.

Leg Press:

50kg x 8
100kg x 8
150kg x 8
200kg x 25

Lunges with a 15kg vest on:

30 metres for 2 sets

Lying Leg Curls:

50kg x 10 x 2 sets, then 10 partials
