Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22056 posts | Thanks for the posts I actually had a belt on under the T-shirt. This is a new thing for me. I have spinal health in mind. I used to front squat 180+ on a regular basis when I was a 15.5/16 stone strongman competitor. I wonder if I can get to that number again. I'm literally just going to focus on front squats for the moment. | ||
