I've dropped 2 stones of bodyweight (via diet modification) and have recently started training in a gym again.

170kg (double bodyweight) would be nice.

I actually had a belt on under the T-shirt. This is a new thing for me. I have spinal health in mind.

I used to front squat 180+ on a regular basis when I was a 15.5/16 stone strongman competitor. I wonder if I can get to that number again. I'm literally just going to focus on front squats for the moment.
