Just wanted to know if it is ok for an advanced novice to deadlift 3 times a week..
Routine based on heavy day(80-95%) speed day(65-80%) and touch and go repetitions (70-85%) followed by some squats, push presses, and bodybuilding assistance work for back and shoulders. Is basically the cube method by brandon lilly but instead of 9weeks is 3 weeks.
I used to deadlift once a week with sheiko type of volume but i feel like i want to deadlift more often.
What do you guys think?

I deadlifted 3 times a weak, got a bit stronger, but near f**ked my back

It can be done, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I consider it madness. It will end in tears, all of them yours.

Speed day 1
65% 8x3
Repetitions day 1
70% 3x8

Heavy day 2
85% 3x2
Speed day 2
70% 6x2
Repetitions 2
80% 3x6

Heavy day 3
90% x 2, 92.5 x1, 95x1, 80% 1+
Speed day 3
75% 5x2
Repetitions day 3

I'm currently pulling 3x a week

heavy beltless deficits
Heavy belted 15 inch
belted speed work off the floor

I feel absolutely fine with it

Repetitions with very heavy RPEs is what I don't like - that tends to be a recipe for disaster with pulls even once a week esp 3x5 @ 85% i don't think I can manage 5 at 80%. 3x week if it's just low reps with majority of them rapid and maybe some partial rom or trapbar variations is likely ok.

So would it be best to get rid of the repetitions day and use some variants instead?

You can. But your suggestion may not work.

You'll need to use lower % to get accustomed to the work. 60-70% for low-mod volume per session. Maybe after a couple of blocks you can the play a bit more.

You tech needs to be very good. By that it means safe as poss and to cause less fatigue on you back.

My best deadlifting has been done after x3 a week frequency. I was able to eventually pull regularly with +80%.

Have recently gone back to x3 and hoping for a good run!

The deadlift was the only lift not to benefit from extra frequency in the Norwegian Frequency Project, for what that's worth

I agree with Kenders here - you may or may not be able to benefit from that (much would depend on the rest of what you do, of course) but I wouldn't start off there.

I suspect that "jumping in with both feet" is what makes people think frequent Deadlifting is inadvisable.

Listen to this man's closed minded rhetoric about training hard, and you too can lower deadlifts very slowly and quietly with less weight each time!

yes, that's my preference though. I don't get on with reps on deadlifts. form breaks down and creates far more back fatigue than doing same volume over more sets lower reps.

what i'd suggest is to start light (75% of target weights) on 3x week training and build up maybe 5% a week until you start overreaching.

I don't understand why people do that. it's taxing enough on the back without turning the eccentric into a slow torture movement.

Haha

You must be the last remaining person on Sugden who thinks there is the remotest chance that someone will take the slightest notice of anything I say.
