Steak, but oven cooked, not fried. Thinking about it wasn't there a scare a few years back about meat cut from near bovine CNS/PNS having a higher potential of carrying BSE leading to CJD? Seem to remember the FDA saying something like this, but may be BS.

No mate, only my mood ..

BUT it may have done if they didn't ban it and I contracted Mad Cow Disease .
Then again i imagine that would improve your gym lifts ??

Isn`t that what cheque drops are ? BSE in a bottle ?

Parkrun #13 done

It was cold, and raining, we were last minute, then the organiser drags his speech on standing under his umbrella. Started at the back behind too many slow starters which ripped the arse out of the first k. Picked up a bit after that. First run out with my Garmin Forerunner and have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. The time will be faster than last week, but still almost a minute faster than my PB on this course. Looking forward to next week already Happy

Not sure. I think if you told people that contracting BSE would help your bench press plenty of people would be gnawing away at bull spines quickly enough Unhappy

33.02 Quite happy with this. PB challenge next week, and on the Japanese college girls, sprint finishes and a tick against a year goal.

I just love a garmin !!

also close enough to the sub 30 to get it during the harsh winter months...then springtime will be a breeze !

shame I work Saturdays as I love a parkrun except the mandatory 'aren't we all so special and great' speech the organisers always give !!

Great run in this weather. I wish I could get to Parkrun each week.

The Garmin watches are very clever, although Garmin doesn't like me. When ever I do identical session to someone else I'm always shown as having done less?

And I find Garmin Connect is pretty hit and miss. Much better loading things onto Strava.

Good run in this weather, closing in on the PB!!!

Rain this end was too bad for us to get to Pennington this week, bit gutted to miss it, as will miss next week as I've got the joys of a BWL coaching course for two days!!! Such fun!!

I reckon the Japanese schoolgirls will be shouting your name by this summer if we ever meet up at a Parkrun. I think I peaked about 18 months ago Unhappy
