As someone who's chased many a high from many a source feeling like I do now is up there. | ||

Dead right, a lot of crossfit is simply based around circuit training with a few more unusual lifts incorporated. I find that the running definitely affects my strength but currently I've knocked the oly lifts on the head as I was getting too many injuries/niggles from using sub-standard equipment. I still focus my strength with a "legs first" approach so I'm sure I'd soon get back to my normal unimpressive numbers if I re-incorporate them again. | ||
