Sunday (Olympic Gym)
soon as i got there , felt like i needed another s**t and guts were all over the place. Eaten alot better this week but felt a little tired at the start and was hanging a little after mid way. ~(chest still not 100% cold/ill)
Warm ups
8" Log
upto 80kg ? few reps
IFSA Log
100kg 2 sets reps
110kg same
120kg same
130kg same
140kg same
150kg Same
secret weight singles
same as above Lol.
IFSA Log Cleans
180kg Piss easy
200kg Easy-ish Should have chalked up
Deadlifts (light)
upto approx 260 with chains 2 reps, bar moving too much when setting it down, (ie t**ting shins)
Tyre Flip (350 - 400kg)
Easy 2 or 3 full runs 8-10 flips
Little Medley, 20M
Sandbag (for Joni who never turned up)
Keg
Farmer's
Drag (nice weight but a killer)
Stones
little warm ups, few easy loads, then 2 easy 3 stones loads, not rushing it today.
150kg high, 140kg mid, 130kg Low All easy
PB 175kg High, 200kg Mid, 150kg Low. PB Very very easy, surprised as didn't feel that up for it before hand. should have nailed the 200 high, but could do on Thur.
Another really good day,big thanks to the lads again and to Strongman Mark for pushing each other. Thanks Mate.

Got a cardio test for you, sand bag down in the lift then timed run back up them. Only if your man enough.
Mick - Thur should be good, ok to go with you again ?

i am not sure about being much of a man, but i will try that anyway
