Ended up a little narrower but no knee pain and felt strong & controlled. Interesting. Rolling x30 mins Days off arent so bad when i give myself productive stuff to do Knee feels good. See how it fairs when i train again. Rolling is still agony but loosening off me thinks. | ||

Deadlift 70 110 150 190 220 240 251 - pb as above 260 there today Bench 60X3 100X2 110 120 125 equal pb, paused nicely 130 there. Vids to come. | ||
