Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | cheers v man, 1 good thing that came of all the injuries is learning how much to push things n how often. i think i have a good plan so hopefully i shouldnt have many set backs. haha nick i got some vids to check form but im too embarrassed to post vids of 75kg to the internet lol thanks paul. i cant wait to see what i can hit, hungry for progress after last year. ye i love our friendly rivalry n our occasional sessions. hopefully get a few in this year. | ||

Squats 20 x 10 50 x 10 70 x 10 90 x 10 x 5 knees felt better than last time. Deadlift 50 x 10 70 x 3 90 x 10 x 5 new tech feels ok, just not replicating it perfect yet, still requires fair bit of thought. Rows 50 x 10 60 x 10 x 4 overall happy with how things are going. weights feel good, tech aint too bad, however my conditioning is crap n was feeling beat after the squats. | ||

Bench 20 x 15 50 x 8 70 x 8 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 10 - hard with 3 count pause 90 x 7 + 3 dead press 90 x 7 + 1 dead press Strict Press 20 x 8 40 x 8 60 x 7 60 x 7 60 x 6 60 x 5 60 x 5 SS rear fly / RC raise x 10/15 x 5 sets plan was 90x8's. a week ago i did 80x10's on bench but wasnt sure i cud get 85x10 so did 85x8's last time which wasnt bad but again i was unsure i cud do 90x8's to the same standard. 1st set felt easy so wud of bin rude not to do 10 reps, 3rd was quite hard but all with good form/pauses. i decided to do the 3 count pauses on 90 to compare to where i was pre surgery, as before i did wot i called strict bench which is how im benching now, flat back, no belt no wraps ect, but with 3-5 count pauses. i was around 90x8's before so to hit 7's to the same standard im quite pleased. also 90x10 no belt/wraps n no arch id say is close to the 100x10 i was around before surgery and also 10kg more than i was doing a week ago. felt much better in the hands today aswell. strict was disappointing as wanted 60x8's but wasnt there without sacrificing form, trying to keep a brief pause on the chest each rep n last times 55x8's was quite tough so think il drop back on these for now. | ||
