Deadlift 50 x 8 80 x 5 110 x 3 135 x 1 belt on 160 x 8 very pleased. thought id push top set a bit as iv got a lighter week now. knew back would be fine as long as i kept it flat. was more there i reckon but unsure if i could of maintained perfect form so left it at 8. plan was 160x5 + 130x5x3 but didnt think 130x5's wud b much benefit after the 160x8. heaviest id pulled before that was last weeks 150x5 so was unsure how 160 would feel. SLDL 90 x 8 105 x 8 115 x 8, 8, 12 Pull up x 12 Side up x 11 Chin up x 10 Inc DB Row 25's x 10 x 3 Inc Curls 10's x 15, 12, 15 couldnt of gone much better really. was unsure about 160 anyway and with my back being bad i had even more doubts. now iv pushed it a bit i have a better idea where im at and am more confident to up the weights without fear of f**king myself up. following the plan i have 170x5 in 4 weeks which should be easy enough going off today. everything should still be quite reserved for a while hopefully. | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | quick summary: had op nearly 11 weeks ago. this week iv done... bench 110x5 / squat 140x5 / seat log 90x5 / dead 160x8 - all comfy with at least a rep or 2 in the tank. in 16 weeks i hope to hit 120/160/100/200 x 5's hopefully all comfy n with reps to spare | ||

Bench 20 x 20 50 x 8 70 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 1 105 x 5 x 4 sets not as easy as should have been but happy to make all sets with lack of sleep. Strict Bench 90 x 8 x 3 DB Bench 35's x 12, 10, 8 same as last weeks. Tris/Flys x 12/15, 12/15, 12/15/20 Side/RC Raises x 15/15 x 3 well not the easier back off session i had in mind but got all the work done feeling tired so hopefully next week will feel better still. | ||

Bench 20 x 10, 10 50 x 8 75 x 5 95 x 3 107.5 x 5 105 x 5, 5, 8 not supposed to push last set but felt good so thought f**k it. comfy enough, n i think 105x8 is best post surgery. Strict Bench 92.5 x 8 x 3 8th reps on 2nd n 3rd set bit of a fight but also my best since surgery n after pushing last bench set im quite happy with it. DB Bench 35's x 12, 12, 10 shorter rest but not timed on stop watch so likely only more reps than last week due to slightly longer rests. Tris n Flys x 10/12 x 3 missed raises as short on time having to swap sessions n wot not. overall feels like im progressing nicely on bench. | ||
