Squat - paused 20 x 10 50 x 8 80 x 5 100 x 5 110 x 5 belt on 120 x 5 130 x 5 - not paused didnt feel as heavy as i thought it might. 130 wasnt easy but wasnt hard, few more in tank if needed. Deads 50 x 8 80 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 5 all flat back and beltless. again 140 wasnt easy but wasnt hard n again more in tank if needed. SLDL 80 x 8 100 x 8, 8 Side ups SS curls 12/12, 10/10, 9/9 cut down volume and accessory as back still bit sore anyway n shud get stimulus from upping the weights from wot iv been used to. | ||

Strict Bench 87.5 x 8 x 3 DB Bench 35's x 12, 10, 9 Tris + Flies SS 15/20 x 3 Side Raise + RC Raise SS 15/15 x 3 | ||

Paused? cheers. i pause my normal bench but the difference between them is strict bench is more flat back, no wrist wraps (or no belt wen i add that back in for normal bench again), and the pauses i count to 3 to make sure there all consistent. edit. sometimes count to 5 wen im doing 5 reps instead of 8 | ||

Pause Squat - Beltless 100 x 8, 8, 10 Pull Ups x 10 Side Ups x 10 Chin Ups x 10 shorter rests than normal. stick to this til hit 3x12's then shorten rest again. BB Row 60 x 10 x 3 again short rests. went lighter than planned as forearms was more f**ked from the pull ups than i expected. Shrugs + Ab Wheel x 12/12 x 3 did ab wheel on knees cos didnt want to over do it on my stomach. still felt challenging to get 12's especially with the short rests. well the shorter rests f**ked me up lol. hopefully get used to them. session didnt take as long as i thought so leaves room to add more sets in down the line. happy with squats n total work done. | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | Seated Log 40 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 85 x 5 x 4 *extra sets* 90 x 1 95 x 1 100 x 2 not touched log in 10 weeks n done very little overhead work either so no idea where id be. 85x5 was a target i had in mind so happy with that as starting point. thought 100 would be a fight tbh but both very smooth reps, was at least an ugly 3rd there if i wanted to push it. Strict Press 20 x 8 40 x 8 55 x 8, 8, 10 DB Press 20s x 12 30s x 10, 7 25s x 10, 8 SS Tri's + Rear Fly x 15/15 x 4 SS Side Raise + RC Raise x 15/15 x 4 expected log to be weaker as only OHP iv done is couple light sets of strict after the odd bench day, dont think iv been over 60kg. happy enough with the other stuff too, should creep up nicely over the coming weeks/months. | ||

SLDL 80 x 8 100 x 8, 8, 12 nice n easy. form cudnt of been better n plenty in tank. Pull Up x 12 Side Up x 12 Chin Up x 12 got 10's on sunday but had longer rests today. DB Row x 10 x 3 SS Ab Wheel + Curls x 12/12 x 3 not much to say. went as planned | ||
