something like:

leg ext, db rows, curls, maybe pull ups and 1-2 other bits. about 3-4 sets of 15-25 reps.

everything felt comfy, plenty to spare but taking it steady. the rib pain was present after 100 fronties which is why squats where kept even lighter than planned.

cheers. not good, doesnt seem to have improved since May, both shoulder and pain below ribs. physio wasnt that helpful but off back once kids are back to school.

some slight ache so didnt go any firther with anything, cgbp is prob comfiest for shoulder

good start i think, first serious week back. shoulder feels fine from yesterday, hip felt fine with todays squats. just gotta to stay within my limits for now.

summary - very happy with front squat, 130 was near max but still solid form.

paused 150 squat was off, think i came forward slightly as i came out of hole, maybe dropped chest not sure but the non paused was spot on but was more aware of keeping positions ect.

deadlift felt like much more there pull power wise but did feel niggle in pec straight after the 170 (deads is what f**ked pec last time)

expected squats to be weaker in comparison to fronts due to the narrow stance and higher bar set up...... but my hip felt good, which is nice to say i went near max and 2nd squat sesh this week
