Bench 20 x 20 50 x 8 70 x 5 90 x 3 107.5 x 5 102.5 x 5 x 3 Strict Bench 90 x 8 x 3 DB Bench 35's x 12 x 3 Tris n Flys x 12/12 x 3 Side Raise n RC Raise x 15/15 x 3 didnt time my rests today as my brother was here n we was chatting so had longer rests than they should have been. everything felt good tho, dropped my arch on bench a lot as i could feel it on my stomach on the 1st warm up i arched (70kg set), so will be continuing with what i class as a half arch. top set still felt ok so hopefully it wont effect numbers too much. | ||

Squat 20 x 15 50 x 8 80 x 5 100 x 3 120 x 3 belt on 135 x 5 125 x 5 x 3 all felt heavier today. hopefully will be better next week with better circumstances. form was still fine just a bit slower n heavier on the back. Pause Squat Beltless 105 x 8 x 3 again much harder than last week. Pull up x 10 Side up x 10 Chin up x 10 BB Row 50 x 10 65 x 10 x 3 got headache after 1st few sets of squats n felt sick toward the end of session. will put it down to lack of food n caffeine. just happy to get the work done today, feeling bleurgh | ||

Seated Log 40 x 8 60 x 5 80 x 5 87.5 x 5, 5, 5, 6 not bad. should get the 90x5's next week then i reset. Strict Press 20 x 8 40 x 8 57.5 x 8, 8, 10 happy with these. seem to be progressing ok. DB OHP 25's x 12, 12, 12 only just got last set so prob keep same weight next week. Tris/Rear Fly x 12/12 x 3 Side/RC Raises x 15/15 x 3 felt better than i thought with crap sleep. happy with the session n training in general. | ||

SLDL 80 x 8 110 x 8,8,12 1st 110 felt s**t last set was easy enough tho. Pull Up x 12 Side Up x 12 Chin Up x 10 less rest than last week. hopefully nail 12x3 with timed rests soon. Inc Db Row 20's x 12, 12, 12 + 10's x 12 drop set Ab Wheel SS Inc Curls x 12/12 x 3 end of this training week and happy with everything so far, feeling confident for next weeks weights and after that i drop back a bit for the next wave. | ||

Bench 20 x 20 50 x 8 70 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 1 110 x 5 102.5 x 6 x 3 was worried about top set after deciding to lower my arch last week. however it was quite comfy, 4th was as good as the 1st rep n the 5th was only slightly slower so im sure theres still a bit in the tank. Strict Bench 90 x 8 x 3 all nice enough, touch harder than last week but didnt time rests last week. DB Bench 35's x 12, 10, 8, 6 got 12x3 last week with long rests, shows the difference. threw 4th set in to make up total reps. Tris/Flys x 12/15, 12/15, 12+12(drop set)/15 last set into press ups x 10+ Side Raise/RC Raise x 15/15 x 3 press ups x 20 bench went as well as i could of hoped really. confident going into the next wave now. | ||

Pull Up x 12 Side Up x 12 Chin Up x 11 BB Row 70 x 10, 10, 12 Ab Wheel / DOH Shrugs x 12/12 x 3 overall was much better than last week, knees wasnt too bad either. happy with squats and dont hit 145x5 for another 4 weeks by which time it should feel as comfy as todays 140x5 hopefully. did get top set on vid so if any ones interested and i can be assed il upload it. | ||
