Add belt straps
172.5 x 5
182.5 x 3
195 x 2
140 x 4 belt less/hook grip -head wasn't interested

Pull ups

Bw x 5
x 4

Done.
Still feeling crap and the kids have it too so horrible in our house at the min, something wrong with everyone! Even the rabbits on his way out!

Constant worried about my wrist lol, got to start pressing again though been too long

Incline dumbell
20's x 12
25's x 10
30's x 6
Haven't done these for years lol

Tricep pulldowns
3 x 10 increasing weight each set

Done.

Nice to do some kind of pressing again, my chest and tris ain't gonna know what's hit em in the morning lol

Cheers mate, i need to get my pressing up a load though it's terrible.

It's still there mate, I haven't had no antibiotics to clear it so it's taking longer, feels a tiny bit better day by day though.

Feel like absolute s**t today, this bugs just going round and round in our house at the min, doing my f**king swede in!

Squat

Bar x 12 x 2
60 x 5
80 x 3
100 x 2
120 x 2
152.5 x 5
162.5 x 3 rep pb
172.5 x 2 rep pb

I don't normally mark rep pbs on here, but been getting them every week for the last month or so on squats and deads so might as well. Probably hit the wall now lol.
Squats really took it out of me today, planned on doing farmers but had nothing left in me, I'm either reaching my limits or it's just Cus I'm not 100%, probably a bit of both.

Done. Want to sleep :-(

Thanks mate.

I don't have any kind of program in place, just increase weights every week. What would you suggest to deload? Sets/reps? And for how long, a couple of weeks?

1 week cut your weight by 40%ish and your reps by the same!!!

eg squat 80/100k x 4 for 3/5sets

deadlift 100/120k x 4 for 3/5 sets

and the same for all assistance work.

when did you last have a week off? maybe have one after that then look into a system such as 5-3-1?
For example, just type you current 1rmS and it tells you what to lift.

Can't remember last week off I'll look back through my journal. One week of doing that? Then straight back to normal? I've only just started pressing again so just do it on deads and squats maybe?

Copying a system thats working is a great idea imoHappy

Backs tight as f**k, been killing me since yesterday so should have known not to go for the big double. Couldn't even do 1! Heads gone!

Yeh hopefully mate.

I think me not working the last week and probably sitting on the settee a bit too often has made my back tight. Might even be a trapped nerve as it's down my left leg like sciatica
