One arm DB rows
22's x 16 each arm
30's x 15 each arm
48's x 10 each arm

Pull ups
BW x 5 x 3 sets

Lat pulldowns
3 sets of 10 Increasing weight each set

Close grip rows
Sets of 15, 15, 13 up weight each set

DB curls
16's x 12 each arm
22's x 8 each arm

30 each hand x 23m x 2 runs
70 each hand x 23m x 2 runs
70 each hand x 46m drop and turn at 23m
Left it there, didn't want to go heavy just missed doing farmers and fancied a go, been 2yrs since I last done it. Easy but very unfit! Couldn't breathe after the last set lol!

Done - enjoyed today

Haven't trained for ages, been terribly ill catching it off
my Mrs. Had an infection, was f**king hallucinating and all sorts

Done a 5 mile walk yesterday (with the dog) as feel very unfit at the moment and need to sort myself out.

No training again as infection came back and been on yet another course of antibiotics. Few lads at work similar so must have been a bad bug.

Leg extensions
4 sets of 20, 12, 9 & 9 - plus a couple of sets singularly on my left leg

Leg curls
3 sets of 12

Left it there, quads had had it from just that lol. Pretty pathetic, although nice to feel that again. Such a frustration with squats as they feel worthless doing when it’s just a plate or two, so hard to make myself go to the gym to do it, even though I know it’s better than nothing. Wish I could squat heavy!

if you knees are good...sissy squats build mahusive quads and good substitution for front and high bat squats... just a thought.

Might give them a go mate thanks ;-) Quite miss the size gone from my legs sometimes lol, could do with building them back up
