Friday 22nd-UK Strongest Man 2014 for coveted CNP Trophy. UKSM Disciplines: Day1 on 22nd August- 1/Tyre Super Yolk 420kg x4 /20m, 2/Caveman Rock Lift Max x1/100kg opener plus best 3 more lifts, 3/Truck Push x1 /12Tonne/20m, 4/MAS Wrestling x2. Group A and B 2 competitors from each group eliminated. Day2 on 23rd August- 5/Bar Bending x6 speed /x4 semi/x2 final, 6/New Dead Lift event to follow... 7/Optimus Prime Sword Forward Holdx1, 8/Car Deadlift Hold Max /x2/straps/engine . Group A and B 2 competitors from each group eliminated to 8 man final. Day 3 Final Sunday 24th August- 9/Railway Walk x4/385kg, 10/Louis Cyr Axle Reps/x1/167kg, 11/Husefell Stone Carry x1/Distance/184kg, 12/New Squat event to follow... 13/Super Dreyman x2 /5xBarrels 100kg-160kg/90secs.
