DB Bench - up to a 5RM; then 5 x 10 S/S 5 x 10 DB Row

Started rehab on my leg(s) - I am unbelievably weak right now; and have staggeringly bad proprioception (one exercise involves me standing on one leg with my eyes closed).

Onwards and upwards. Happy

Thanks mate - I honestly felt that I could do 180kg; but that my knee what walk home without me.

I will add 2.5kg a week - at that rate I will add 130kg in a year. (Copyright Paul Savage - just kidding Paul; you're a nice guy).
