Chris 'The Magician' Melling Member 1443, 978 posts SQ 270, BP 180, DL 320770.0 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | Possibly just means flat bench as opposed to incline , or maybe floor pressing ( benching with your back on the floor and no bench? To me the fact they say press and not pull rules out anything that actually targets back.

Let do this. Member 3512, 2473 posts SQ 200, BP 140, DL 252.5592.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | more to the point is it IPF legal because I am pretty sure my back could bench press more than my chest.

Cheers Why are you starting a routine if you don't know what all the exercises are? If you don't know that as a minimum how have you determined that it's fit for purpose, hence worth doing?

It probably just means bench press Where does it come in the routine and what are the reps? That might give an inclin too.

Sports an extremely muscular arse. Member 38, 6253 posts | If it's translated it could originally have been called 'Supine Press' or something, which might roughly be translated as the Bench Press we all know and love.
