You're the one lifting so i guess you're right.
Not got a lower platform to practise with?
My gym has 74 then 90 then 106 then 120 so i could work my way up from one to the next.
My deadlift sucks so it's super hard off the floor i find.

Thats the lowest and next lightest stone sadly. Think the gym is working at getting a 100kg stone at some point

Or just use some tacky next time.

Definitely will do. Don't have my own and the other guys had left before i moved onto stones. What is your stone PB?

Got it yesterday up to 125cm.
Managed it twice but it absolutely destroyed me. Skin coming off my arm etc. Pretty grim.
Luckily my gym i train at has a supply of tacky.

There might be some but wasn't aware where it was haha. Found a tub of hard as nails super glue, might have worked :P .
Decent that, going to train at a different gym when I go home for easter for a few weeks, get a chance hopefully to try something different. In fairness, I fully expect to have got the 110kg by easter break !
Really need to sort out a comp, 2 I was going to consider are when i'm in spain

Tbh this tacky was ridiculously solid. Felt like super glue until you man handled it for a minute or so and it finally started moving a little.
Where are you based in uni time/Holidays?
I'm down on the south coast and entering a comp in Hastings in June and Northhampton later in June.

Nice targets. Quite a few are similar to mine. Will be interesting to watch. Is everything there a 1RM target other than bench?

I'm in Lincoln area which is middle of the country, unless i'm with the Mrs in Wakefield. Know a decent powerlifting gym at home for when i'm back home/next year on my teacher training and also located a local strongman place, so everything is coming together. I've seen a few comps but any within reasonable distance are mid exams or when I'm on holiday :/
Seen something on here about an U80 in August time which I would be game for.
As for the targets yeah they're all 1RM, my focus is leaning towards Powerlifting, but love the big number training in strongman. I do have some rough 5 RM numbers for this year for others, just not posted yet.

Trying a new belt i've borrowed off sawyers (it's sick need to buy my own) and tried some strength shop knee sleeves as well, awesome difference, also need to invest in. Back Squats

Didn't put sleeves on until 2nd or 3rd set and made a noticeable difference. Cheers mate, think squats are on the up now!
