Iv found rolling with a tennis ball and hockey ball loosens up my shoulders pre and post any pressing. How's your hip doing now pal?

Rather than two weeks off. I am doing two Deload weeks. Seems to work a lot better for me

Fasted before work

3.2 mile walk. Today with a 8.2 kg back pack on. Toasty

Squat beltless singles up yo 130 belt 150. Maybe 10-15 singles. Wasnt happy with them. Pain free and strong but lack of practice meant things werent as pretty as id of liked so didn't push it.

IM dead lifting tomorrow and didnt want to be tired for it. Didnt want a really ugly squat so a tired back

Lots of stretching

Cool session. Not long back I had a very similar session with front squats. Ended up doing like 10 singles or something.

Pre work. Fasted. Got better as day went on

3.2 walk. Back and legs a little tired after yesterday nothing bad though

Dead 160/2 180/1x2 both singles were easy but not as much as id of liked. Elected to err on the side of caution

Deficit speed dead beltless 130/2x5 60 secs rest

Then went in a belt 150/1 170/1 180/1 felt nicer than off the floor

Pendlay row 80/5x3

Snatch back ext 55/10x3

Ghr 10x3

Machine hamstring curl 10x3

Bosu ball plank 60secsx3

Off to work
