Hit 260 18" dl for 5. Still plenty in tank. Hoping to hit 300 raw soon.
140 doh axle
380 yoke 20m (picked 400 up)
130 stone for 7 (i think)
160 fs for 2 (just missed 180)
Just missed a 115 axle. (105 for a easy triple more frequent)

My body weight is a lot higher now.

Tried something new. Tried going tk the gym straight after a12hr night shift. Mixed results lol

beltless 135/5 1st few reps were sweet. Last one I f**ked up royally and monged it up. Knew my day was done

did another set of 5 beltless at 135

did 2 or 3 singles

did 3 sets of 5 in a belt and they felt lovely.

some standing roll outs and reblv hyper


not lockjng in my back. Need to sort it asap
