Which do state that bars ar to be no less than 28mm and no more than 29mm unless its a specialized squat bar which cannot exceed 32mm. I know its right without looking as i used to be the bpu technical officer and needed to know such rules Now then if you are sugesting that strength shop are selling 25mm DL bars are they copier ??? Or pehaps wpc ure copies that are 28mn

Just checked and the deadlift bar has no centre knurl, so should be obvious, and stated to be 27mm.

However the eleiko power bar is very stiff and 29mm. You will lift more on either a weightlifting bar or a texas power bar, and even more again with a texas deadlift bar.

I think their are quite afew copies.
