Lol the big three should be squat, deadlift and overhead anyway, not bench!
Never understand why all gym goers rave about what their bench is, squatting says more about you I think. Maybe just me lol but I love leg work etc and hate chest, seems to be opposite to most people lol!

i can certainly see why as techinally the squats & deadlift is harder lift.

over head (if we are including legs) both my bench and overhead is s**t but definitely would prefer a 110kg log

I get depressed if a week goes by during which I don't bench. LOVE IT AND LOVE GETTING PBs ON IT. No other upper body movement beats a nice paused strict bench press done properly.
