I have just read that Adam Scherr has joined the WWE and I actually saw him as a potentially very good strongman in a year or so due to his size and not being that old. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153992751&p... Now Mark Henry was seen as probably one of the most talented strongmen and he got lost to the WWE also...will this be a theme for the future? Will money always draw them away or having a title and lifts that mean something keep them in strongman? | ||

End of an era. Member 4646, 1964 posts | What strongmen would the WWE be interested in... Thor and Ed Hall are obvious ones. Loz as the Iron Sheiks son. Jenkins seems pretty good in front of the camera, not sure of a character for him though. I guess anyone with abs would be of interest so Poundstone and Radzikowski. | ||

I don't think he really trained that much...but he is obviously very strong, he picks other wrestlers up effortlessly. Read a story that he was getting crap off some people in the gym, put 5 plates a side on the bench and done a few reps effortlessly. Probably bo***cks.
