Yes I think it will help alot therefore that is the goal to increase the body weight.

You will have some competiton at the British Classic in the form of Guy Djedie he totalled 735kg unequippe yday at 105kg.

Cheers. Yeah I was chatting to him at the GL bench last month and he mentioned it. Should be a good competition this year.

Really enjoying all the no belt squatting, 245 was good, first rep quick, more there.

Close Grip Bench

So close on the 162.5, this was a pb attempt, I will keep pushing the reps and add alittle bit of tricep stuff in.

Sumo Dead Lift [SB]

272.5 x 1 x 5 - Pb

5 rep pb and was pretty comfortable tbh.

Inclined Bench Press
