Strict - 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 50kg x 10 72.5kg x 5 72.5kg x 5 72.5kg x 5 72.5kg x 5 72.5kg x 5 Bench - 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 Pin Press - 82.5kg x 2 82.5kg x 2 82.5kg x 2 82.5kg x 2 82.5kg x 2 Incline Bench - 60kg x 10 80kg x 5 100kg x 3 100kg x 3 Seated Lateral raise, seated front raise, DB Flyes tri-set - 10kg x 8,8,8 10kg x 8,8,8 10kg x 8,8,8 Again was nothing heavy but enjoyed it and definitely felt it. Going to try get a lot more work in my session from now on to try get some sort of muscle stamina aswell as strength. | ||

Squats - 60kg x 10 80kg x 8 120kg x 5 120kg x 3 Felt a twinge on the 3rd rep so left it there. SLDL - 80kg x 5 Could feel it and not in a good way so left it. Pendlay Rows - 80kg x 5 80kg x 5 80kg x 5 80kg x 5 Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 80kg x 12 100kg x 8 100kg x 6 Keg Overhead squat, Keg Overhead Walking Lunges, Keg Front Squat Tri-set - 20kg x 5,15 metres, 10 20kg x 8, 15 metres, 10 and a keg toss s**t but it was something! Going to build up slowly and hopefully the back can withstand it. Physio monday for my first treatment session so with luck that speeds it up. | ||

Really need to get my training sorted and train more regularly. Haven't trained consistantly in months! Strict - 40kg x 15 60kg x 10 75kg x 5 75kg x 5 75kg x 5 75kg x 5 BTN Jerk - 75kg x 3 90kg x 2 100kg x 1 PB 105kg x f 105kg x f Jerk 105kg x 1 Easy 115kg x f Bottled it! Never really done BTN before but quite liked it. The 105kg were so close! I've definitely lost some explosiveness since my dip in training. CG Strict Press - 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 And this one is just for Nails........ Single arm DB Z Press - 25kg x 5 r, 3 l 25kg x 3 each arm 25kg x 3 each arm Liked this! A pain, free session Back feels a little tight now but hopefully a session on the foam roller will sort that. | ||

Was good could definitely feel it in my core and legs trying to stay steady. Could work up higher but left shoulder gave up for some reason. | ||
