tabbouleh and fattoush salads were very refreshing Member 267, 8548 posts SQ 220, BP 165, DL 250635.0 kgs @ 90kgs Eq | 2/3/4 - bench 2 plates (100), squat 3 plates (140), dead 4 plates (180) 3/4/5 or the elite 4/5/6 I've done 3/4/5 Unequipped lifts only please (belt and wrist wraps if you use them only) Many on here will have squatted 220 and pulled 260, but combining that with a 180 bench is special. For extra special bragging rights, I want to know who the lightest person here is to have achieved the 4/5/6. Brag away! | ||

You'll find that the bench will stop many people from getting into the 4/5/6 club. That's mainly because squatting 220 and pulling 260 are 'easier' feats than benching 180...and also because many on here neglect bench press because they don't train it/need it/like it etc. If you can't bench 180, then you're not in the elite club! My rulz! | ||
