8am - 30g Whey protein, 4 weetabix
10.30am - Protein Flapjack, Lucozade
1pm - half a chicken, 1/3 uncle bens rice, 1 chip, small fruit salad
2.20 pm - snickers

Will finish the chicken and have some more rice before training at about 5

Bowl cocopops with milk (turned brown)
2 spthanith seedleth that thumas
1 pair (small)
1 wife size portion strawberries and cream
6 rounds Blackpool milkroll with chicken, flora and a dash of pepper and mayo
1 wholegrain strawberry bio pot yoghurt
1 famous Harry's fish burger meal (go large), coke, portion of bum gravy

Cant say whats in store later, as I may change my mind. As far as I'm aware I still have that rightAngry

1 scoop of that whey stuff rick gave me with water

1 bowl of porridge with ground linseeds

about 2 litres of water

wholegrain toast with egg mayonaise

a couple of brews

an apple

grapes

not sure whats for tea.

12.30pm - 8 egg whites 1 yoke, 2 bananas and about 40g porridge

2.30pm - about 150g of lean steak mince, 2 slices of granary bread, apple, orange, 2 pears

will have either some chicken or prawns with a banana half an hour before i train.
