do you think you would absorb the nutrition of avocados more or less efficiently if you consumed them analy?

I had some potatoes, chopped into rectangular shapes and fried in lard

onions - again chopped and surrounded by steak, kidney and suet

Peas, softened in bicarbonate of soda

Who'd have thought pudding, chips, peas and gravy could get you 3 out of your 5 daily recommended fruit and veg?
