Now im due legs today but ive been rough the last few days with like a brain fog, been mostly sleeping or nodding off like ive got narcolepsy, so when Mr Riley said he was training and doing bench i thought the fresh air might do me good if i take it easy...Dont think i could've faced legs today Unhappy

Still feeling a bit under the weather, coughing alot, sleeps all over the shop, so again very happy with the bench all considering,again a massive thanks to Mr Riley for the spot(A good training partner is worth its weight in gold)...probably gonna back the weight off over the next few weeks and stick to fives.

Nice! 110 x 5 equals where I'm at right now, you're about to go past me! Why do you never do a few singles as part of your warm up? Works the CNS and makes the working sets feel lighter...

Never really trained the singles alot, always felt like i achieve more with the sets of 5's and 3's but i can certainly see the positives to them.
