Only got the one session in last week as i got hit with a proper cold and a cough, bloody awful thing couldn't sleep lying down as it just made me cough even more, still getting over it now Unhappy
Anyway to be honest i wasn't expecting much from today but ended up equaling my current best 5, you could'nt write it sometimes it makes no sense, and what it really show is that after all these years i still know f**kall!!!! Grin Grin Grin Grin

Bike for 20mins

Used some elbow wraps today, on the heavier sets they just take the edge off the elbow pain even wrapped very lightly.
Wrapped them a bit tighter for the top sets and i reckon they give me a extra rep for sure, think ill only use them when the elbows are sore though and heavy sets.
Apart from that the bench went ok, seems to be building up nicely...drop back the weight next week Wink

Have to be carful with the right shoulder as its still not happy so the press was slow and delibrate and seemed to go ok

Great bench session today, it was one of those days when you start but aren't quite sure if you fancy it or not Confused
Fortunately for me the session got better as it went along and the strength was there today, reckon i had another 5kg in the tank to be honest but i know when to quit while im ahead. Grin

Deadlifts felt heavy but got a bit better as they went along. The Larsens felt odd been a long time since ive done any, when you raise the legs the stability was all over the show but i guess thats the whole point.
