Had to cut some movements short today and some with less reps as ive twinged the left elbow, think its probably the deads from Monday.
Felt it on bench until the 90's where it seemed to ease and the bench went quite well...fooking creased me on dumbells though, sure it will ease off though Wink

Started the sesion feeling quite fresh, finished it feeling like id been run over Grin
Bench went well considering ive still got a dodgy elbow but after bench i was just wiped out so had to back off everything else, think ill lighten everything off next week see if it recharges me!

I hear ya! You've basically done a full bench session, then a full assistance session. Mind you, you're young... Bench is more important than assistance, as long as that goes well, which it did. Happy

Cut a few movements out tonight and stayed lighter,felt better for it to be honest, felt strong on bench and happy with the reps at the end...Still a niggle in the left elbow but it was manageable. Wink

Bit more weight on the squat, havn't had 100 on the back in along time and somehow feel a bit sturdier without any hip pain. Plan is to be slow and steady with the squat, just trying to get the depth and technique back to something like before i think of more weight. Cool

Decent on the bench again, probably close to the limit on the 130 but still progress, im feeling like my base strength has improved it makes all the lifts feel more solid.
If i can stay injury free it'll be interesteting to see where i'll be by the end of the year
