![]() British bum sex champ Member 450, 1793 posts SQ 315, BP 212.5, DL 290817.5 kgs @ 137kgs Eq | Was away with the familly last week so nothing to report, apart from sleeping funny on my right arm somehow and somehow waking up with a pulled muscle that seems to go from my forearm to my shoulder ![]() Just cardio today, 40mins on the bike and 20 mins walking uphill...Hopefully back to normality when im less of a spaz ![]() | ||

One of the main reasons why my numbers have dropped because I'm lifting in pain. The pain is in my forearm and wrist, but I'm assured it's referred pain from a nerve impingement in my shoulder, caused either by golf or my then puppy pulling excessively on the lead. It's very unlikely that you would have pulled a muscle in your sleep, more likely you trapped something. Worth checking into... | ||

Went to the Chiropracter tonight before i trained, she reckons it cant be a trapped nerve because of how i felt the pain when she was manipulated it. I know its not the same as squat but fook i cant win. All i can put it down to is the nerve damage, fooking infuriating ![]() Anyway ill stop moaning as im watching the para olympics and they all put us to shame, all sorts of problems and limbs missing and i bet you dont catch them poor sods moaning!! | ||
