really really interesting Member 3474, 2816 posts SQ 170, BP 120, DL 260550.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | cheers jay. the 105s felt nice today, definitely had more in me but don't like benching without a spotter lol. my 120 pb was bounced to s**t in double ply sleeves so idk whether to count that. in fact, all of my benching including the 110 triple a few weeks ago has been bounced and i'm really starting to notice it, so for the past couple of sessions (and all future ones too) i've been looking to get the pause down perfect. looking for a 115 paused bench before march though, fairly confident . | ||
