Gorilla forced Entry Programme? WTF is that?

I start uni in just over a week too. I'm currently trying to get down to the 105s too. Doing something called CarbNite... pretty good if I am honest. Dropped 9lb in first week without loss of strength. Happy days.

first day back to squatting in over 3 months! and also first day back at gym COMPLETELY in exactly one month due to toenail scabbage finally looking a little better. i feel so weak it's unreal. bit of squatting anyway,

Impressive glute ham raises, especially for your bodyweight. We have similar sq/dl numbers and I can't do a single GHR lol
