HIT training.

Squats work set 103k x 7... leave it a bit cautious still...

Built a metal shed today...would have cost 280 to get it built on delivery... took me 5 hours...well happy. store for food and toiletries...you know we are prepared.


HIT OHP: work set 55.5k x 7

upright rows: 63.5k x 10 big jump looking good

weighing at 12 stone, will drop 6 or so pounds nearer the summer when I ramp up my training and ma training again.

Oh, now a high grade, will be starting weapons training in a couple of weeks, sward and staff...well up for it Happy

A tad tired but did some training.
HIT:

Dips.
CGBP work set 93k x 4.. Obviously to heavy -oversetimated my ability. However, havent gone this heavy in over 2 years so should have known.
Plate isometric punch holds.

moved 3 bulk bags of stones and top soil then decided to train
HIT
squats, couldnt recall what I lifted last time and wanted to up it so, it appears went to heavy...

Dips x 2. isometrics as well.

Bench cg work set 93k x 6, maybe 90%...much better than last week will stick at tjis weight until I can close grip 93 for 10.

was digging out bush stubs in-between so left it at that.

Oh, an I beat the club giant, daddy longlegs at sparing on Thursday...in front of my 7 year old boy.Climbed up him and back-fisted him to his head on the decider. Happy days Happy Tongue

Was going to train arms but have weapons training tomorrow and am informed it involves repeatative movements so lets save some in the tank.

did some HIT ohp a touch lighter and was delighted to see the reps increase.

pulled my back Saturday. feels alright past day or 2 so did a quick atm workout

2 warm-ups and 1 work sets hammers and kickbacks
